Book Review:
Overall I gave this book a 3 star review as it was not great or good. It was just, okay.
I feel the story line was very repetitive with her being easily kidnapped and needed saved. The pack blaming her just because the Alpha leader chose her as a mate, a bitten wolf, they look down on her and who she is. Would I read it again? No I really wouldn't. I read this at the beginning of the year and I can say once read I basically threw it away.
The birth scene was very very detailed for those who are into that sort of thing. It dives deep into what's going on, and her mate is not present for the birth, but his two friends are and they are the ones who help her. They are both males and do not know much about birth, so she however has excessive post-partum bleeding afterwards. This is why I state it is a traumatic birth as this can be triggering to anyone who has experience this before.
